We all (15 of us) changed from (variously) Paintshop or Photoshop to GIMP at work just after Christmas this year. By late January we'd all changed back to avoid the bad language quota reaching epidemic proportions. Chris, you must have the patience of a saint...........we found it almost incomprehensible by comparison!  Rich |

It's what your're used to I guess. I tried using photoshop at uni last year but after 25 minutes of achieving virtually nothing I gave up and got my laptop out. In about 10 minutes I'd completed everything I was trying to do (which iirc was a photo for the quiz of Hatch End with 2 (or maybe 3) insets. If I wasn't on my phone now I'd try and find the relevant thread.
