I *think* we have a novel style question for you all today. Identify these four stations (A, B, E and F), location between stations (C) and class of train (D) (click for a larger version) The locations are referenced according to the diagram below: Have a magical day!

All I can say is that I'm pretty sure the class of train is a 313 - based on the fact it looks like an old Overground stock type! (and the guy with a security camera for a head on F is fun )

This is the first question asking for 6 on-topic locations (trains are locations for the purposes of the quiz!), although there have been 5 occasions where 5 were to be found. On-topic locations embedded inside another has of course happened before, but I think the quiz on 1 August 2011 is probably the closest precedent to today.

A = Stratford High Street? B = Ickenham +1. D = Silverlink / LOROL Class 313/1 +1 (313109, which was named 'Arnold Leah').

Did I take F? I suspect so, so I won't answer that bit.
Is B ..Sudbury Town or Alperton-ish. It has a very ex-District Picc vibe about it.

Right, so far we have Station ANo <<edit: Insert "correct">> guesses, this may help: (click for a larger version) Station Ba60 takes the points for picking out Ickenham - station from west [cso] (click for a larger version) Location CAgain, no guesses, this may help: (click for a larger version) Train DPoints to Causton with this one as it is a Class 313 at Portsmouth [photo and clue version by Glyn] (click for a larger version) Station EIs not Buckhurst Hill. There is no clue only a full picature: (click for a larger version) Station FIt appears that Mrfs42 is suffering from transient memory loss (as do all the best quiz photographers), as F is his picature of a station that has yet to be attempted. This version may help: (click for a larger version) <<Eugh, lots of editing to this post tonight, think I'm done now.>>

...no guesses for C or F, the latter of which surprises me. I thought it would be much more recognisable than E.
